Our smoked salmon trout is packed in 500g vacuum packs. The trout is presented on a gold backing board and vacuum packed with a clear front. There are approximately 20 long slices (also known in the trade as ribbon slices) per pack. A master polystyrene carton of 20kg is packed for export. This would include 40 x 500g vacuum packs. Our minimum order requirement is 100kg’s (5 x 20kg polystyrene cartons). Anything above 100kg’s can be ordered in multiples of 20kg. The maximum order per week is 500kg’s. This quantity will be able to be increased.
